By accessing the website at fonde.pub, or using our software ("Loaders", "Products"), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and fonde.pub ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our services.

We provide digital software solutions and tools. We reserve the right to either modify or discontinue the Service, at any time with or without notice to you. We will not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise such right. Any new features that augment or enhance the then-current Service shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

• Subscriptions are bound to a single user account and Hardware ID (HWID).
• Account sharing is strictly forbidden and will result in permanent suspension.
• Tampering, cracking, debugging, or reverse-engineering our software is strictly prohibited.

Your subscription is locked to the specific hardware configuration (HWID) used upon initial injection/activation. Hardware changes (such as replacing a motherboard, CPU, or formatting your PC) will require an HWID reset.

We offer a limited number of HWID resets per month. Abuse of the HWID reset system, or attempting to use one subscription across multiple devices, will result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Common reasons for bans include: chargebacks/disputes, account sharing, attempting to crack the software, toxic behavior in our community, or violating our Discord server rules.

In no event shall fonde.pub, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

We are not responsible for any actions taken against your accounts on third-party platforms (e.g., game bans) resulting from the use of our software. Use our products at your own risk.
